Budget preparation, expenditure control, financial reporting, and audit compliance.

Transparent tendering, vendor management, and procurement of goods and services under PPRA rules.

Haider Abbas, FCMA, CIA
Director General
Mr. Haider Abbas, a senior professional possessing more than two and half decade long multidimensional working experience in the areas of Strategic Planning, Taxation, Accounting, Internal Auditing, Public/Corporate Finances, Budgeting, Procurement, Administration, Human Resource Management, joined NAVTTC on December 10, 2024, as Director General (Admin & Finance). By profession, he is a Fellow Member of Institute of Cost & Management Accountants of Pakistan (FCMA) and a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) from Institute of Internal Auditors of USA besides having a master’s degree in economics.
