National Vocational and Technical Training Commission Act, 2011
Act No. XV of 2011 | The Gazette of Pakistan, 29 June 2011
The Act of Parliament that established NAVTTC as the autonomous apex body for the regulation, coordination and policy direction of vocational and technical training. It extends to the whole of Pakistan and came into force on 28 February 2011.

National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (Amendment) Act, 2021
Act No. XXXVIII of 2021 | The Gazette of Pakistan, 4 December 2021
Adds sections 22 and 23 to the 2011 Act. It repeals the National Training Ordinance, 1980, dissolves the National Training Board and abolishes the National Training Bureau, transferring their assets, functions and employees to NAVTTC.

Made by the Commission under Section 18 of the NAVTTC Act, 2011, with the approval of the Federal Government. They set the terms and conditions of service for employees in the whole-time employment of NAVTTC.
