RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) ایک ایسا نظام ہے جو ان لوگوں کی مہارتوں کو تسلیم کرتا ہے جنہوں نے کام کرتے ہوئے، خود سیکھ کر، یا غیر رسمی طریقوں سے ہنر حاصل کیا ہے۔ اس سے آپ کو رسمی تربیت کے بغیر NAVTTC سرٹیفکیٹ مل سکتا ہے۔
کوئی بھی شخص جس کے پاس کسی پیشے میں عملی تجربہ ہو، وہ RPL کے لیے درخواست دے سکتا ہے۔ عام طور پر کم از کم 1-2 سال کا تجربہ درکار ہوتا ہے۔ بیرون ملک کام کرنے والے پاکستانی بھی درخواست دے سکتے ہیں۔
RPL کی فیس ٹریڈ اور لیول کے مطابق مختلف ہوتی ہے۔ تفصیلی معلومات کے لیے RPL پورٹل دیکھیں یا اپنے قریبی اسیسمنٹ سینٹر سے رابطہ کریں۔ حکومتی سبسڈی کی وجہ سے فیس انتہائی کم ہے۔
عام طور پر اسیسمنٹ کے بعد 2-4 ہفتوں میں سرٹیفکیٹ جاری ہو جاتا ہے۔ سرٹیفکیٹ ڈیجیٹل طور پر بھی دستیاب ہوتا ہے جسے آن لائن تصدیق کیا جا سکتا ہے۔
جی ہاں! NAVTTC کا RPL سرٹیفکیٹ National Vocational Qualifications Framework (NVQF) کے تحت جاری ہوتا ہے جو بین الاقوامی معیارات کے مطابق ہے۔ خلیجی ممالک، یورپ اور دیگر ممالک میں یہ سرٹیفکیٹ تسلیم کیا جاتا ہے۔
