Partner Overview

The Republican Institute for Vocational Education (RIPO) is Belarus' premier national TVET institution responsible for competency standards, curriculum development, teacher training, qualifications, research, and quality assurance in vocational education.

Current Status MoU and Action Plan signed; implementation is in progress, including the technical review of qualification standards, sharing of trainee data for various demand-driven trades with Belarus, completion of RPL for selected demanded trades, and participation of the NAVTTC team in ProfSkills 2025 in Minsk, Belarus.

  1. Bilateral Action Plan signed for implementation of TVET cooperation.
  2. Regular virtual technical meetings are being conducted.
  3. Technical review of competency standards is progressing under the agreed implementation schedule.
  4. Technical review of the Plasterer Trade Competency Standards completed.
  5. Joint review of occupational standards continues between NAVTTC and RIPO experts.
  6. Additional competency standards are under development.
  7. Pakistani workers proceeding to Belarus have received orientation support through NAVTTC.
