The State Agency for Vocational Education, under the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, is the national authority responsible for planning, regulating and modernising the country's Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) system. The Agency oversees curriculum development, quality assurance, skills development, institutional partnerships and international cooperation, strengthening workforce competitiveness and aligning vocational education with labour market needs.
