Partner Overview
Germany and Pakistan have maintained strong bilateral relations in technical education since 2011. Germany's world-renowned dual vocational training system serves as a model for NAVTTC's skills development programs. The German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ) has been the primary implementation partner, working closely with NAVTTC to modernize Pakistan's TVET sector through various technical assistance programs. This partnership has resulted in significant improvements in curriculum development, trainer qualifications, and the introduction of competency-based training methodologies aligned with international standards.
