Partner Overview

The Ministry of Education of the Islamic Republic of Iran is the national authority responsible for school education, technical and vocational education, teacher development and educational reform. Iran has a well-developed TVET ecosystem supported by vocational universities and technical institutes, with recognised strengths in mining, petroleum, engineering, manufacturing and applied technologies.

Current Status A draft Government-to-Government MoU between the Ministry of Education of Iran and the Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training, Pakistan, is being finalised.
